TechSoup

TechSoup

TechSoup validates your charity status once, then gives you access to donated and discounted technology from many providers. It's the route we use for Slack and Asana.
For the full list of deals we set up across both services, see  Nonprofit discounts .

What you get through TechSoup

Tool
Nonprofit offer
Slack
Free, through Slack for Charities
Asana
50% off, about €5.50/user (also via Goodstack)
TechSoup's full catalogue is much larger; these are the tools from our own stack that we apply for there.

How to get verified

Create an organisation account at  techsoup.org  (in the Netherlands this runs through TechSoup Europe).
Submit documents proving your nonprofit status (KvK registration; ANBI where relevant).
TechSoup validates your organisation, usually a few days.
Request the offer you want. Some arrive as a token or code you redeem on the vendor's own nonprofit page.

Good to know

  • One validation covers everything TechSoup offers.
  • Some offers arrive as a token or "buy" code you redeem with the vendor.
  • Asana is offered through Goodstack too, so use whichever you've already verified with.
For Google Workspace and GitLab, see  Goodstack .
