PARTIES:
This Amendment Agreement is made between ORGANIZATION LEGAL NAME, located at ORGANIZATION ADDRESS, the Netherlands, represented by EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVE NAME, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and WORKER NAME, born on WORKER'S DATE OF BIRTH, residing at WORKER'S ADDRESS, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee".
The Employer and the Employee previously entered into an employment contract on ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE (the "Original Contract"). Both parties now wish to amend the terms of the Original Contract as outlined in this Amendment Agreement.
Both parties hereby agree as follows:


Article 1: Early Termination of Employment

    The Employer and Employee mutually agree to terminate the employment contract dated ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE earlier than initially agreed.
    The end date of employment shall be LAST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT , and the final day of active work shall be LAST DAY OF WORK .
    Both parties agree that this amendment resolves all obligations under the employment contract as of the termination date, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Amendment.


Article 2: Confirmation of Terms

    Except as expressly amended in this Amendment for Early Termination, all terms and conditions of the Original Contract will cease to apply as of the termination date.


Article 3: Miscellaneous

    This Amendment Agreement is governed by Dutch law, and Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
    Any further amendments to the Original Contract or this Amendment Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    By signing this Amendment, both parties confirm their agreement to the terms of the early termination as outlined above.
