Pages use "statutory" for what Dutch law requires, and "non-statutory" for what's optional or a suggestion, shown in the Tag column below.
These policies assume Dutch employment law and a Netherlands-based legal entity. They don't apply if the legal entity is incorporated elsewhere. For a US or UK entity, Anti Entropy has an equivalent handbook guide with US and UK policy sets and a policy checklist .
