PARTIES:
This Amendment Agreement is made between ORGANIZATION LEGAL NAME, located at ORGANIZATION ADDRESS, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and WORKER NAME, born on WORKER'S DATE OF BIRTH, residing at WORKER'S ADDRESS, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee".
The Employer and the Employee previously entered into an employment contract on ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE, as subsequently amended on PREVIOUS AMENDMENT DATE(S) (collectively, the "Original Contract"). Both parties now wish to amend the terms of the Original Contract as outlined in this Amendment Agreement.
Both parties hereby agree as follows:


Article 1: Extension of Employment Period

    The duration of the Employee's employment is extended, beginning on NEW START DATE and ending on NEW END DATE , unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the Original Contract.


Article 2: Amendment of Salary

    As of EFFECTIVE DATE OF SALARY CHANGE , the Employee's gross monthly salary shall be adjusted to € 0,000.00 per month (inclusive of 8% holiday allowance), based on full-time employment, pro-rated to € 0,000.00 for X hours per week. The salary will continue to be paid via direct deposit, as specified in the Original Contract.


Article 3: Amendment of Working Hours

    The Employee's working hours are amended to X hours per week, effective from EFFECTIVE DATE OF HOURS CHANGE .
    The Employee will work X days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , totaling X hours per week.
    The place of employment is ORGANIZATION ADDRESS . The Employee will work onsite for at least X days per week unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.


Article 4: Confirmation of Terms

    Except as expressly amended in this Amendment Agreement, all terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain in full force and effect. This Amendment Agreement shall be considered part of the Original Contract.


Article 5: Miscellaneous

    This Amendment Agreement is governed by Dutch law, and Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
    Any further amendments to the Original Contract or this Amendment Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.


Article 6: Outside employment (Nevenwerkzaamheden)

    The Employee may perform paid work or freelance activities alongside this agreement, provided the combined total does not exceed 40 hours per week.
    Any paid or unpaid activity related to the Employer's mission or cause areas requires prior written approval from the Employer.
