This Amendment Agreement is made between ORGANIZATION LEGAL NAME, located at ORGANIZATION ADDRESS, the Netherlands, with the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number ORGANIZATION KVK NUMBER, represented by CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE NAME, hereinafter referred to as "Client," and FREELANCER NAME/COMPANY NAME, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number FREELANCER KVK NUMBER, represented by FREELANCER REPRESENTATIVE NAME, hereinafter referred to as "Freelancer."
The Client and the Freelancer previously entered into a freelance agreement on ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE (the "Original Agreement"). Both Parties now wish to amend the Original Agreement as outlined in this Amendment Agreement.


Article 1: Extension of Assignment period

    The duration of the Assignment is hereby extended. The Assignment will continue from NEW START DATE until NEW END DATE , unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the Original Agreement.


Article 2: Compensation Adjustment

    Effective from EFFECTIVE DATE , the Freelancer's compensation shall be adjusted to € 0,000.00 , excluding VAT, to be paid on a monthly basis as specified in the Original Agreement.
    The Freelancer's working hours are hereby adjusted to X hours per week. The Freelancer will strive to work these hours and document all tasks or projects accordingly, as specified in the Original Agreement.


Article 3: Confirmation of Terms

    Except as expressly amended in this Amendment Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement remain in full force and effect.
