Link a tool to a role, and it shows up on every team page that role belongs to.
in the left sidebar lists every tool and supplier in your workspace, with the roles using each one. The same data is queryable from Claude and other AI assistants — useful for questions like "List every supplier filling more than three roles." From the tool:

In the detail panel, add the role(s) that use or manage it.
From the role:
Open a role (from the Roles page or a team page).
In the role detail, add the tool(s) the role uses.
Every team page has a tools section that collects every tool linked to any role in that team. It updates automatically as you link tools to roles.
