For the hosting and email providers that can also reach your data, run the domain through Fingerprint . It reads the same legal pages Auto-fill does. The company publishes no imprint, or its terms page is behind a script. Look for a page called Colophon, Impressum or Legal and copy the details across.
Check the Website field points at the company's real domain, then paste a direct image URL into the custom logo field.
