Coaches sit alongside 360 feedback: each person is paired with a coach who reviews their results and runs the follow-up conversation. Workspace admins manage pairings at Settings → 360 Feedback → Coaches. The same screen handles reassigning a coach when someone leaves or a relationship needs to change.
