Operations assessment & Progress

Operations assessment & Progress

A ten-minute self-check that maps where your operations are strong and where to focus next. Try it at  https://app.moralfabric.org/assessment  .
The assessment covers 24 areas of how a nonprofit runs, grouped into leadership and strategy, finance, people, systems, digital and AI, and programs. You score each area twice: how important it is to you, and how far along you are today. We pre-fill the suggested importance from a short profile (your team size, budget, and growth stage), so you start from a baseline and adjust to fit. It takes about ten minutes and saves as you go. You can even scan your website to auto-detect the  tools and service suppliers  you already use.
The result is your Operations Priority Map. The areas that matter most and have the most room to grow rise to the top, so you finish with a ranked view of where your next effort pays off.

Where most people start

Anyone can run the assessment for free. A nonprofit founder can check their ops health, see their real priorities, and leave with something useful whether or not they work with Moral Fabric. We hope to earn trust by being helpful first, with no sign-up needed to see results.
It also smooths onboarding if you do choose to work with us. By the time someone joins, they have already mapped their priorities, so  your first call and first day  start from a shared picture instead of a blank page.

Track your progress over time

The assessment rewards coming back. After a few months of improving your operations, update your scores and watch them climb. The Priority Map shifts as you close gaps, keeping your focus on what matters now. Moral Fabric uses the assessment as part of our own impact measurement, so your progress also feeds how we learn to make small teams stronger.
